The DR5 Duster is widely used by professional pest controllers for application of insecticidal dust/powder to wasps nests and into voids and some open spaces for the control of a wide range of insects.
Holds 5-8lbs (2kg-4kg) held in the polythene tank which incorporates a pump assembly allowing the user to pressurise the sprayer without external power source. Pressure relief valve included. We suggest placing a couple of medium to small pebbles or stones into the cannister to allow agitation of the powder and deter clogging in the cannister.
DO NOT BANG THE DUSTER ON THE GROUND TO AGITATE POWDER AS THIS WILL DISLODGE THE INTERNAL DUST HANDLING ASSEMBLY WHICH IS VERY DIFFICULT TO RE-ATTACH. Should this happen we do sell a tool that is used to re-attach the internal assembly
There are 1.5 metre extension lances available which will be available when you click to order this duster. There is also a specialist nozzle pack available that will allow you to apply dust to an almost infinate range of difficult locations at height. (available as an extra)
